Integration with Jira, ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
We integrate Rev-Trac with the client's DevOps and ITSM tools. Scope can include ticket synchronisation, automatic creation of transports based on approved changes, and status reporting within the existing IT process.
CI/CD for ABAP
We configure a pipeline for ABAP changes, including unit testing, code review, code quality control, and automated transport to QA and PROD.
Elimination of object conflicts
We configure mechanisms for detecting conflicts at object level, managing dependencies between transports, and sequencing the transport queue in line with validation rules.
Audit trail and reporting
We ensure a complete record of changes in SAP: who made the change, when, under what mode, and with what validation. We prepare reports supporting ISO 27001, NIS2 and DORA audits.
Training for the Basis and development teams
We run implementation workshops, Rev-Trac workflow training, and prepare procedural documentation. The goal is smooth adoption of the platform by the client's team after the SNOK support period ends.
How we deliver projects in this area
A Rev-Trac deployment begins by mapping the current transport process: who initiates a change, who approves it, who is responsible for applying the transport, and where delays, errors or conflicts most often occur.
On this basis we design approval workflows, validation rules, transport paths and an integration model with the client's DevOps or ITSM tools.
We then install and configure Rev-Trac, activate integrations with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps or other tools, and test the transport process across DEV → QA → PROD scenarios.
A full deployment with Jira or ServiceNow integration typically takes 8-12 weeks. Extending the project to full CI/CD for ABAP, unit testing and code review may require a further 4-8 weeks.
After deployment, we run a support and adoption period during which the client's team takes over day-to-day responsibility for the platform.
