Responsibilities

  • Administration and monitoring of SAP ECC / S/4HANA environments for enterprise clients
  • Running the monthly Patch Day - planning, testing and deploying SAP security fixes
  • Participating in S/4HANA conversion projects (Readiness Check, Custom Code Migration, testing)
  • Configuring and maintaining SecurityBridge - threat monitoring and incident response
  • Managing transports and changes through Rev-Trac (CI/CD for ABAP)
  • HANA DB sizing and administration, performance tuning, backups aligned with RPO/RTO
  • Supporting clients on SAP licensing (USMM, LAW, indirect access)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP Basis (ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA)
  • Hands-on knowledge of HANA DB administration and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
  • Experience with SAP Security - authorisations, SoD, SAP_ALL profile in production environments
  • Ability to independently run Patch Day and change management
  • Knowledge of transport processes (CTS, gCTS, Rev-Trac a plus)
  • Fluent Polish, spoken and written, plus working technical English

Nice to have

  • SAP certifications (C_TADM55_75, C_HANATEC, SAP Certified Technology Associate)
  • Familiarity with SecurityBridge or another SAP-dedicated SIEM
  • Experience with RISE with SAP or SAP cloud migrations (Azure / GCP)
  • Shell / Python scripting for Basis task automation

Responsibilities

  • Designing AI system architecture for enterprise clients (RAG, agents, on-premise LLMs)
  • Delivering production deployments of local language models (Llama 3.3, Mistral, Qwen) in client infrastructure
  • Building AI assistants with access to organisational knowledge (SharePoint, ERP, Confluence)
  • Designing the AI Security layer - protection against prompt injection, OWASP LLM Top 10
  • Classifying AI systems under the AI Act and preparing AI registers for clients
  • Working with the UiPath team on agentic automation deployments (UiPath Maestro)
  • Defining business cases and ROI for AI projects - working directly with client C-level

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience delivering Machine Learning or NLP projects in production
  • Practical knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • Experience with RAG - vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone)
  • Knowledge of containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and model deployment
  • Ability to engage with client leadership - translating business requirements into architecture
  • Fluent Polish and working technical English

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP (BTP AI Core, Joule, ERP integrations via API)
  • Experience with UiPath or other automation platforms
  • Practical knowledge of the AI Act and AI system risk classification
  • AWS/Azure/GCP certifications in ML or AI
  • On-premise LLM deployments (Ollama, vLLM, llama.cpp)

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator in production environments
  • Knowledge of at least one process domain: finance, HR, logistics or SAP
  • Experience with selectors, exception handling, ReFramework
  • Basic programming skills (.NET / C# or VB.NET, Python a plus)
  • Ability to work with Git and basic CI/CD
  • UiPath certification (UiARD or UiRPA a plus)

Nice to have

  • Experience with UiPath Document Understanding or Communications Mining
  • Familiarity with SAP - transactions, interfaces, data structures
  • Basic knowledge of LangChain or LLM APIs (for agent integrations)

  • Experience with dbt (Core or Cloud) and data modelling
  • Knowledge of data integration patterns: batch, streaming, CDC
  • Ability to work with Git, basic CI/CD for pipelines

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP and its data model (EKKO, BKPF, PA/HR tables)
  • Experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow)
  • Knowledge of BigQuery and the Google Cloud ecosystem
  • Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core / Advanced) or Microsoft Fabric

You meet senior people from the relevant area. We talk about architecture, how you approach technical problems, and decisions made in specific scenarios.

You complete a short task based on a realistic scenario. We want to see how you analyse a problem, structure information and propose a solution.
