An approach that works for us

We begin every conversation about automation by establishing the business case. We analyse the current cost of the process - in hours worked, errors, delays and team involvement - and agree how the result will be measured once the solution is live.

Only then do we select the right approach: an RPA bot, an AI agent with access to the relevant systems, an Enterprise AI assistant, document automation, or a change to the underlying procedure, if that is the actual source of the problem.

We do not automate for the sake of automating. The solution has to be used, measurable and maintainable. Otherwise it becomes another cost rather than a genuine improvement.
