Test Strategy and Test Plan
We prepare a test strategy and plan aligned with ISTQB good practice: test scope, a risk-based testing approach, entry and exit criteria, acceptance criteria, roles, environments, test data and reporting.
UiPath Test Cloud lets you automate testing of web, mobile, SAP and enterprise applications - from the test plan, through scenario generation and execution, to defect reporting and regression maintenance.
Test automation shortens the time needed to run regression after changes to an application, configuration or integrations. This matters particularly with frequent releases, ongoing application development, and ECC to S/4HANA conversion.
Agentic Testing helps identify scenario variants, edge cases and dependencies that are often missed in manual testing. This lets the organisation better safeguard critical processes against errors before go-live.
With well-designed test automation we reduce the problem of brittle tests that need constant rewriting after UI or process changes. We use a modular approach, component libraries, stable selectors, test workflows and test quality monitoring.
ECC to S/4HANA conversion requires a regression plan based on risk, critical processes and system data. UiPath Test Cloud and test automation help build a baseline, automate regression scenarios and control the quality of changes.
We prepare a test strategy and plan aligned with ISTQB good practice: test scope, a risk-based testing approach, entry and exit criteria, acceptance criteria, roles, environments, test data and reporting.
We design and implement UiPath Test Cloud architecture: Test Manager, environments, test repositories, integrations with Jira or Azure DevOps, governance, test libraries, reporting and user roles.
We implement an agentic testing approach for web, mobile and SAP applications - including SAP Fiori, SAP GUI, React/Angular applications, iOS and Android. Automation can support scenario generation, test execution, change detection and results reporting.
For ECC → S/4HANA conversion we identify critical processes, dependencies, integrations, business variants and historical risk areas. This forms the basis for a regression test baseline and an automation plan.
We design the defect management process: the defect lifecycle, priority classification, linking requirements to test scenarios, a Requirements Traceability Matrix, reporting in Jira or Azure DevOps, and a Test Completion Report.
We integrate tests into the DevOps pipeline: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins. Tests can act as quality gates, block deployment when critical defects are found, and support continuous quality control of changes.
We start with the test strategy and identification of risk areas. We establish which processes are critical, which parts of the system change most often, where defects have appeared previously, and which scenarios should be covered by regression.
On this basis we prepare the Test Plan and automation scope. We typically deliver the first iteration within 4-6 weeks for the selected area, to validate the approach, test quality and running cost.
Once value is confirmed we scale automation to further processes, applications and regression paths. We measure test coverage, test stability, regression execution time, defect MTTR and the cost of test maintenance.
Technology stack
The team’s certifications and experience in the UiPath ecosystem, test automation and enterprise systems confirm SNOK’s readiness to deliver end-to-end test automation projects.

Retail sector company
Agentic Testing for e-commerce, supporting the generation and maintenance of test scenarios based on changes to the application and purchasing processes.
Selenium and Playwright execute scripts prepared by testers or developers. Agentic Testing extends classic automation with AI mechanisms that can support application analysis, scenario generation, change detection, regression prioritisation and results reporting. Classic tools still have a place, particularly for stable, repeatable regression.
UiPath Test Cloud is a UiPath product and naturally works best within the UiPath ecosystem. It can, however, integrate with other testing tools, DevOps systems, Jira, Azure DevOps, and automation based on Selenium or Playwright.
S/4HANA conversion changes processes, transactions, integrations, reports and data. Agentic Testing helps build regression based on critical processes, automate repeatable scenarios, and detect defects faster before go-live.
UAT by design remains with the client, since it is the organisation that accepts the solution from a business perspective. SNOK can prepare UAT scenarios, run test sessions, document results, support defect management, and prepare a Test Completion Report.
