Conferences, training and industry gatherings

Some of them are technical sessions and training that left a concrete mark on our practice - in how we approach AI agent security, in automation architecture, or in the tools we recommend to clients. Others are meetings with no agenda, like the regatta in Masuria, where a conversation with a partner or a distributor reaches topics that never come up in a conference room. Both count for the same.

19th Lenovo Regatta

For nineteen editions the Lenovo Regatta has opened the autumn season in the Polish IT channel. We entered our own crew on boat number 17 and sailed the full race cycle, from morning sunshine to heavy clouds over the same forestay. The real value sits next to the water: this is the one point in the year when partners, distributors and the vendor talk without a meeting agenda.

PWCyber - Security of AI Agents in the Public Sector

Webinar for entities of the Polish National Cybersecurity System (PWCyber)

Over 1,000 people from entities within the Polish National Cybersecurity System took part in a training session on security architecture for AI agents in public administration. Grzegorz Surdziel of SNOK presented a reference model based on local language models and on-premise infrastructure - an alternative to relying on a cloud LLM provider.

1,000+ participants from NCS entities, covering NIS2 and classified information protection law
Data flow in low-code and agentic processes - where context leaks outside the visible logs
On-premise LLMs as an option for NCS entities (slower, more expensive, but auditable)
Criteria for evaluating an AI provider: network isolation, auditability, control over fine-tuning
