- KSeF validates the file against the schema, not whether the buyer tax ID belongs to the right company - an invoice with a mistyped number reaches a different business (individual tax ruling, March 2026).
- Mainstream maintenance for SAP ECC ends on 31 December 2027, and according to DSAG (February 2026) 54 percent of surveyed organisations still run ECC or older releases - records are best cleaned up before the S/4HANA conversion, not after it.
- Clean-up programmes most often fail on an all-domains-at-once scope and the lack of a data owner; the incremental method works - measurement, golden-record rules and human-approved merging in a single domain.
